I read a lot of blogs for work. I give tips to people on how to improve their blogs. I also get a lot of questions about how to create good content and avoid burn out.
I always refer people to the site MomComm. Melissa’s blog critiques were critical when I redesigned this blog, so I believe in the information that she shares. (She’s now doing Page Critiques which are going to help me in a big way as I redo my own pages.)
Right now, Melissa has new sessions of Content Brew open for registration.

Melissa also offers the DIY Blog Critique ebook.

Since I recommend these so much in individual emails, it seemed like it is time to tell everyone. These have my full stamp of approval and I don’t suggest blogging tools that I don’t love.

One of these days I am going to take her class. I have been a MomComm reader for over a year and love her useful, practical, and helpful advice. She’s straightforward and has a great sense of humor.
I’m going to go over that e-book again and see if there is anything else I can improve on my blog. I know my About page could use a bit more oomph (at least I think so) and I think a good critique will help with that.
Thanks for sharing! I’m looking forward to downloading the ebook and visiting the site!
Melissa is such a rock star. This one sounds like a terrific course.
Thank you for the info. Been going back and forth about my blog design so just ordered the download. Looking forward to reading it.
