I wrote about my experience at Go Further with Ford on Social.Ford.com, a conference on trends in the automotive industry, but I wanted to share more of the pics. Here’s a little video of my experience, which included sessions on design, tech, eco, urbanization and DIY.
Here are the panelists:
Keynote: David Kirkpatrick and Bill Ford
Eco-psychology: Adrian Grenier, Peter Glatzer, Liz Heller, Tim Sexton and Cher Fischer
Design: Adam Kalkin, Ari Goldberg, Gretchen Gscheidle and Christian Siriano
Urbanization: Carol Coletta and Gretchen Effgen
Tech: John Hendricks and Gary Clayton
My favorite panel was design. I had a fan girl moment with Gretchen Gscheidle, since she works for Herman Miller. I wanted to hug her and thank her for the work that she does, but I didn’t want to be that girl.
Other favorite moments: every time I came in contact with the Fusion.
Coming soon: My day at the Ford Test Track.

I just did a closed course drive with a car company and I thought the driver was on a personal mission to see just how strongly I could clutch the seat. It was, er, exhilarating. A very intense 22 seconds. I think your experience must have been fun, with all those people from different fields. So amazing how technology can affect everything. Now we really DO have Batmobiles that talk to us and know us.
Jaunty music you got there! I see one of the panelists wore his best t-shirt. Ha ahaa So when does your new boyfriend, Ford car show up?
