I'm having a very good day! The picture's blurry because I don't know how to make the close-up mode work, but it says:

My last minute, brainstorm salsa beat out a multitude of
others(they got more entries than anticipated) including a renown chili
chutney and a Gloucester County chef with tight pants points for his
tomato pie!
