Pursuant to Erin's challenge, I am posting all of it here, including money that I spend that may not be in the budget for something…
I am still in need of clothing that I can wear in the awful summer months in Vegas (i.e., spring type clothing that can be layered because sometimes the air in our building is insane).
At my last trip to dress barn, I got some coupons, so I went there yesterday. I got two shirts and a cardigan. I have the same cardigan in two other colors. With the various coupons and stupid sales tax, it was around $60. Not awful for work clothes.
Next, I went to Ulta. My goal was to find some sort of moisturizer that will work with the acne meds that my dermatologist gave me and not make me more of an oil slick. I was considering the moisturizer from dermalogica that I had used samples of.
Then, a lady with weird eyeliner came over to assist. She steered me to another line of products (I now realize she probably worked for that company since I later saw a dermalogica lady). We played with samples and the stuff was really nice. I got a daytime moisturizer with SPF 15 and a night cream. Used the night cream last night and my skin is AWESOME today. So far, I really like the stuff that I bought. I also got an assload of samples for buying their stuff. Works for me. Total cost, with tax, $75.
Considering the amount of potion contained within each, this isn't an awful price for higher end face stuff. Honestly, I could spend close to that on similar Olay or Proactiv products.
That's all for this week's spending. I might get a kitten, but that's for next week's spending and it is an adoption from FUPI, so it's inexpensive and like a shelter.
