So far, Tiki is pretty rad. Nevermind. Make that bad.
Last week started out poorly. We were all sick. I had some sort of flu. Kevin had the stomach virus that has hit the region. Little Tiki had a cold. Only Tiki got meds.
As the meds started to kick in and he was feeling better, we have gotten to see more of the "real" Tiki. Something is not right in that boy's head, people. What a crazed little naked fellow.
He's still really affectionate, but he has also discovered playing. He has a creepy long tail, which menaces him all of the time. It has to be chased and attacked and followed. I've never seen a kitten spin around and around in circles to chase its own tail. Well, now I have.
He also likes store bought toys, which is new for us. He has a frog slinky on a string with a bell. He likes that a lot. Last night, he got a glittering red ball with the bell. It is the greatest toy on earth, from what we can tell. He LOVES it. played soccer all night.
So, all in all, good kid. Likes to chew on stuff that he shouldn't. Likes to scratch stuff that he shouldn't. A few habits to break, but we'll get there.
